On September 11, 2024, an intelligence-led police operation was launched in the Mulimira zone, Kamwokya, targeting criminals terrorizing the Kira Road policing area, particularly near the Northern Bypass.
The operation, conducted around 11am, resulted in the arrest of 22 suspects, many of whom have pending criminal cases.
