Magistrate court in Mpigi has ordered the transfer of the man accused of killing his wife to Luzira maximum prison after the suspect claimed of his life health in Kigo prison.
Court presided by Magistrate Ezra Solomon Okem heard that isreal Raed Wated’s life at Kigo prison is at risk since he can’t access medical attention yet he is battling hernia. Through his lawyer Isaac Ayebazibwe, Wated asked the court to transfer him to another facility where he can access good medical attention
